Two Trunks permanent jewelry are dainty bracelets, anklets and necklaces that are custom fit and welded together without a clasp! We use a quick and painless micro-welding technique to connect the chain together with a welded jump ring. Your permanent jewelry requires no maintenance, so you can sparkle effortlessly everyday!
Does permanent jewelry hurt?
Not at all! We use a micro-welder to permanently close the jump ring instead of using a clasp. It's a quick process that is fun and totally painless.
What metals do you use for the permanent bracelets, anklets and necklaces?
We use 14k gold filled, sterling silver, and gold enamel chains for your permanent jewelry. There is something for everyone.
What is the cost?
Prices vary depending on the chain and style that you decided on. Please see our price list.
How long will my permanent jewelry stay on?
Life of your jewelry depends on you & your lifestyle, activity level, job and other external factors. Excessive exposure to environmental elements (like chlorine, tanning sprays, lotions & perfumes) may slowly deteriorate the structure/look of the chain. We recommend covering your chain when possible around these exposures. With that being said, if properly taken care of, your Two Trunks jewelry will stay on for as long as you'd like! If for some reason you would like to remove your jewelry, simply cut the welded jump ring and save the chain. If you would like your Two Trunks chain rewelded at a later date, there is a $10 reweld charge.
Our jewelry is durable for everyday wear and tear, yet dainty enough to come off for safety’s sake. Permanent jewelry does not mean indestructible jewelry. Please use care and consciousness. The daintier the chosen chain the more fragile. If your jewelry gets snagged or it breaks we will do our best to repair it for you, however we cannot offer replacements, refunds or discounts to environmentally damaged, lost or snagged chains.
Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?
Absolutely! TSA does not ask you to remove fine jewelry, so you'll be able to take your permanent jewelry with you on all your adventures!
Can I get an MRI or medical procedure with my permanent jewelry?
This depends on the type of procedure. Your permanent jewelry may need to be removed before the medical procedure (surgery, MRI, ct-scan), but this is at the discretion of your medical professional. If it must be removed, simply cut the welded jump ring and save your chain. We can re-weld it for you! There is a $10 re-weld charge.
Can I play sports with permanent jewelry?
This depends on the league rules. If needed we advise you to put a sports wrap or soft covering around your jewelry to protect it. Every Two Trunks purchase will come with a bracelet wrap inside of the complimentary thank you bag you will receive upon purchase. If it must be removed, simply cut the welded jump ring and save your chain. We can re-weld it for you! There is a $10 reweld charge.
Who should not get permanent jewelry?
Those with pacemakers should not get permanent jewelry because of the welding process. Those with allergies to any types of metals should not get permanent jewelry.
Can I host a party, event or pop-up?
Absolutely! We would love to help you celebrate your special event with a Two Trunks permanent jewelry party! Birthdays, girls night in, graduations, corporate events, boutique pop-ups, you name it so long as you have 5 or more guests. Host incentives are also available! I'm a minor. Can I get permanent jewelry?
We are happy to weld Two Trunks permanent jewelry for anyone 6 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I give permanent jewelry as a gift?
